UAS Systems Engineering
Mission-systems integration for Group 2 through Group 5 unmanned platforms. Payload-bus interface design, autopilot and flight-control integration, ground-control-station coordination, and the ICD discipline that keeps a multi-vendor stack from stalling at integration.
Flight-Test Data Engineering
Time-aligned ingest from distributed acquisition, automated reduction pipelines, and the data-quality tooling test teams need so the engineer at the post-flight review is debating physics, not chasing channel timestamps.
Posture
About two-thirds of our portfolio is multi-year support to operators and integrators of unmanned platforms in the Group 3 to Group 5 class. The balance is autonomy-verification work for a small number of optionally-manned programs and selected R&D customers running maritime and ISR experimentation.
Compliance
Stillvale handles sensitive flight-test data and autonomy-stack source in our segregated environment with credentialed per-program access. Where a customer's program touches export-controlled material, that work is handled under the customer's compliance procedures with our supporting internal controls. Cleared personnel work program-side under the customer's site procedures.
Where we work
Engineering is concentrated at our office near UTC in San Diego, with regular travel to customer ranges in Yuma, China Lake, and the Pacific Northwest. We do not staff overseas TDY assignments.
